Full payment may be required prior to the start of your safari experience unless otherwise agreed. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Cancellations outside this period may be subject to cancellation fees as determined by the operator.

5. Pricing and Fees

All prices are quoted in local currencies and are subject to change. Additional fees may apply for services such as park entry fees, special activities, or transportation. You will be informed of any additional charges prior to booking confirmation.

6. Role of TheSafariHQ

TheSafariHQ provides safari tour arrangement services. We are not responsible for the operation, safety, or maintenance of any vehicles, lodges, or equipment used during the safari. All safari experiences are conducted by independent operators who are licensed and adhere to local regulations. By using our Services, you acknowledge that TheSafariHQ has no control over the operation or conduct of these services.
